Torus shaped Vase or Pot

The teacher demonstrates how to make a donut or torus shaped vase/pot in class. Special note is made of using a bat and being sure to trim it evenly when leather hard.

The torus shape can be made into a horizontal vase for small flowers by poking holes around the torus and leaving a larger hole to fill it with water. It may also be made vertical to form a teapot or some other decorative vessel.
