The forklift includes steering (controlled by the "light" on top of the cab), Differential gears the run a V-4 engine.
A crank lifts the fork to nearly double it's height when fully extended.
Another crank adjusts the forward and backward tilt.

Here the 3-Point is lowered, engaging the mower on the PTO
